I have a friend in Germany who's been having problems with MP for a few weeks now. When she's playing, the screen is always red as if she is about to die, and the heartbeat sound effect won't stop either. It's making the game unplayable for her. Anyone have any ideas?

This has happened to me a few times. Not sure if it's class or map-specific, but when the blood animation does stick like that, I find that if I lose most of my shields / health, it'll regenerate back the way it's supposed to be.
