Yep, also Studio Ghibli ftw, also I hate Final Fantasy XIII with a passion, but I will never deny it is a beautiful looking game.

Avatar: The Last Airbender is American made by Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko. The followup to the series is Legend of Korra both American made not by Studio Ghibli but by Nickelodeon Animation Studio (also an American company).

On an interesting related note, the actual animation was outsourced to three different korean animation studios: JM Animation, DR Movie, and Moi Animation.

Yep I don't give a **** if its only 2 feet tall, if we have to fight a High Dragon I want it to be the most difficult battle in the game, DA2's High Dragon was a joke.

"Difficult to beat" is subjective. Some people have a really hard time and some people beat it easily. The NWN2 dragon mentioned earlier took me ages and many deaths. And if you just want a harder fight, then it's probably best to leave out "looks like a real dragon" in your original post.

The Dragons of Skyrim would be classified as Wyverns.

At what university did you earn your study of Dragons degree?

In all seriousness though I never gave a crap what they look like, my only complaint was that DA2's Dragon is ****** easy to beat, I only tacked that art bit on at the end to wind up that guy who was calling other people racist in another thread for not liking Anime Art.

Because some of you don't seem to be reading all the posts, I'll repost this.

About what I bolded above:

Personally the DA2 High Dragon was way tougher than the Archdemon. Not only due to the fact tat health potions were timed to recharge in DA2 unlike DA:O. The Archdemon Fight was tough (mainly due to all the extra Darkspawn compared to the little dragons that joined the DA2 fight) but in the Archdemon fight you were able to call on other allies to help. In DA2 you cannot call others for help.

The DA2 Dragon Fight was way more challenging than the Archdemon fight, the Flemeth dragon fight, or the dragon guarding the urn.

When a person says DA2 was easier than DA:O, they either have not really experimented with the gearing/building system of DA:O, do not use poultices in DA:O, or they're playing on casual.

Yes but I had to annoy that guy who was calling everyone racist, for not liking Japanese Art.
In most cases I'd agree that "Difficult to beat is subjective" in DA2 no matter how unprepared you were the High Dragon was not difficult, I might say it is of normal difficultly, but if you are any way prepared its easy, generally I face it as soon as I can at the start of that act hoping it will be harder but it never is :(, its not really an achievement to beat it.

Your racism doesn't annoy me, I was merely pointing it out.

Indeed! but you do realise you are actually pointing out that you don't know what racism is?

You can believe what you want doesn't make it any less true, also here is a person on Nightmare difficulty fighting a high dragon solo.

Man, now we're doing overused memes? Let me guess, you took an arrow to the knee, too, didn't you?

(I know. Very well done though. Gave me a good laugh. :D)

Anyways I found the High Dragon fight in DA2 much harder then The High Dragon or Archdemon in DAO.

You guys all have it wrong. This is another one of those "remove the sexual content from DA" sorta threads. The OP wants a DECENT - as opposed to INDECENT - dragon.

The dragon's genitalia will be blurred out.

Well, in DA:O I always keep 50-100 health potions handy. Can't do that in DA2, but I was able to abuse the High Dragon AI quite effectively, similar to how you would duel the Arishok.

Isn't it the go to response, when someone says such and such a thing is a lie?

I remember one play-through of Origins I had over 400 minor health potions 100 medium health potions, 400 minor mana potions and 100 medium mana potions after the Arch-demon.

Cool Story Bro

I liked the dragons in both dragon age games. Although the art style for DA2 caused some funny washed out pastel colouring on the dragon (it caused it on everything) that I didn't like - it was still awesome.

For Dragon Fights though - the usual issues of boss fights come up - would like to see more environment usage against them or even allow characters outside of your selected squad to be brought in to make it feel a bit more epic.

I think the issue is the designers design the dragon bosses with MMO mechanics in mind, hence the dragon battles feel like a raid boss. with the adds and phases. Archdemon and DA2 Highdragon just scream raid bosses because of their design.
