they don't fit into cerberus at all. Cerberus is tactical moving with taking cover and anything, but Dragoons just run to you and want to die. even Phantoms take cover if they get shoot, but Dragoons just push harder and when surrounded by 3 of them, there is nearly no way outtonnactus wrote...
They are insanely cheap but not really hard,but annoying.
An armored enemy that moves faster then nearly all Cerberus units with shields??

There are ways to deal with them. Your team just has to have its eyes open at all times and have at least some crowd control capabilities (falcon, overload, BB, etc.). That said, I do agree that they fit very poorly with the rest of Cerberus, and their "tactical" mindset.
There are ways to deal with geth too, Reeger Kroguard, GI, etc., then all the balance gurus want to nerf those characters and weapons. How about some balance for the enemies for a change?
Dragoon has two excellant attacks, instead of one strong and one weak, all the good defenses in abundance and swarm in packs of 3. Where is the balance in that? What are the other cerberus units good for when one does it all very well?

Submition net doesn't work well against any armored unit and the graal doesn't hit that hard unless it's a HS.Try the GPS it works amazing and you can one-shot almost everything with it even when using it on caster classes.

"tis true. They might as well just cancel the assault trooper budget all together, and pour everything into Dragoons. I think that they will indeed see balance changes on tuesday. However, I would say that they are different from the geth in that, they are doing exactly what they are meant to do and do not defy physics or in game principles. Unfortunately, what they were meant to do was poorly calculated.
I guess on the bright side, they don't have shields.

It's pretty sad when a great weapon that requires precise aim is nerfed. The good weapons against them are the ones that don't require such good aim and have been nerfed or nerfers have wanted nerfed.
Subnet works on armored targets. The issues is the invinciblity and DR frames the dragoons have. They are very long and not always very obvious.

Yeah, my team just left me there and watched.
I'd say yes the Dragoons are annoying and badly designed. They are surely dumb with all that armor on and just keep charging at everything.
I'll keep it short but at the very least they shouldn't have armor and stasis should work on any humanoids.

Let me see...
The run superfast (yet are armored!!!) and in packs (like hunters!). Dodge and roll (just like annoying and also armored pyro) Can see through your cloak (Like geth). Stagger you to death (like geth), and are relentless (and hard to stagger). Also they spam powers and execute them faster than players, as well as camp your corpse stomp you in 0.5 sec!
They need to:
a) Make them a bit slower (the animation is funny right now)
c) Give them a longer cooldown on the powers, as right now they can take a whole team down and keep it down with constant power spaming!
d) Have a 1 maybe 2 sec window to the stomping, so players can revive you.
Belive me, I'm no noob at this game, but Dragoons annoy me to no end with their cheapness!!!

Biotic users can do lots of things against them. Move more. Play with team. Use staggering weapon. Use ammo powers to slow and debuff (cryo) or stagger (disruptor). Use your weapon, again. Shoot heads.
