 Hey, I'm on PlayStation 3 and I've played through Mass Effect 3 two times. Both times the game froze during the mission where you assault The Illusive Man's base, right before entering his room.

To be precise, it happens once I get close to the door that leads to the stairs, right before TIM's room.

That happened back in March, twice.

Then I replayed the final missions after the Extended Cut was released and the same thing happened again, at the same spot. Had to turn my PS3 off and restart.

Anyone else have this issue? Can this be fixed, BioWare?

I had that happen to me on my second playthrough. I just reloaded the game and it has worked a couple of times since then. Just be sure to use your "Select" button to quicksave because it's supposed to save when you go in the room but I had to replay half the level again.

Yeah, I just don't want it to happen again on future playthroughs. I hope BioWare can do something about this.

Has happened to me on all but my First play through. Now I get nervous when ever the loading disk spin displays on the screen.

It's happened to me as well, but I restarted my PS3 and I haven't encountered the issue since. Same thing with the elevator glitch I had on Sanctuary during my first playthrough.

It's happened to me at least five times since the DLC. It never occurs early in the mission. I am trying to remember if it always happens on objectives. I'll keep note.

You and me both.  Whenever I go up that ramp to TIM's room now, I have my fingers crossed that the game won't freeze again.
