After reading several guides and plenty of trial-and-error, I have discovered the best way to deal with this troublesome and buggy mission in INSANITY!!


Squad selection: Ashley and Wrex
Weapons: Sniper for Ashley, Shotgun for Wrex, both are Grade 10 Spectre gear loaded with Grade 9 or 10 Scram Rail, Frictionless Material and Sledgehammer ammo.
Skills:
Ashley: Top up Sniper and Assault Rifle, Immunity, and anything that comes with more health, shield and damage
Wrex: Top up Shotgun, Throw, Barrier and/or Immunity, and anything with more health, shield and damage

You: Bascially you just need Grade 10  Spectre Assault Rifle with Scram Rail and Frictionless Material

Map layout:
Since I don't have any captured screen, I will try to describe the map in directions

1. When you exit the building, you are facing north.
2. The alley goes from north to south
3. The horizontal catwalk spans east to west.


Here is the points you should remember:

1. When you step out of the spawn, order your teammates to stay in between the 2 buildings. There's a lump on the ground there. That's the point. Set Sniper for Ash and Shothun for Wrex

2. Go to the right, through the alley, and turn left onto the catwalk. There's a horizontal section before the next ascending slope turning to the left. That section (I call this Point Alpha) is where you should stay most of the time. It helps with constant spawning enemies. Face South.

3. Kill off everything you see on ground level unless there are geth in those positions:
a. Alley on the east
b. On the top level of the catwalk (Ash can't shoot there)
c. Downward slope on the catwalk on the west side of the map.
You need to move and pick off enemies at those locations. After you're done, move back to Point Alpha immediately no matter what.

4. There are several directions that are fatal to the enemies. Throw them off the catwalk with biotic or melee and you can get an instant kill.
a. Throw them from South, East and West towards the water towers.
b. Throw them from South towards North (the grid background)

Since Wrex is located at the South most of the time, use his Throw skill. If Sheppard has Throw skill that's a bonus.

5 When Juggernault appears, use combinations of Lift, Neural Shock, Overload to deal with them. With high Lift skills sometimes you can lift them all the way up to the ceiling and kill them instantly.

6. When your teammates are heavily swarmed, switch Ash to Assault Rifle or Shotgun, when the number reduces to 3 or 4, switch her back to Sniper. Both you and Wrex can deal with the rest.

If you do everything correctly, you should get at least 40 kills given good use of Medigel, Barrier, Shield Boost, and Immunity. And with a few rounds of practice, you can exceed 43 with no problem.




I also read that some people are frustrated with Tropical Time Trial, there're only 3 tips:
1. Lift them up with Kaiden and Liara
2. Throw them towards the grid
3. Keep moving
