As topic title says, there's a new xbox live user agreement, at least in my country.

This means that xbox live will disconnect, then show the new agreement upon reconnecting, which you'll have to agree to.

Be sure to get this done before starting up a game (say for example a round of the Mass Effect 3 multiplayer) or you may disconnect mid-game and lose your progress in said game.

Yeah, I got that right after firing up Mass Effect 3. Needless to say, I had to back out of ME3.

Then when I relaunched the game later it said I had previously played the game on another console. Last time I got that message, all my achievements disappeared. Fortunately, that didn't happen this time and everything seems to be in working order.
