 I have posted on the Ea forums asking about this issue of after completing the game it doesnt return to either main menu or Normandy. Are people still suffering with this problem or is there a fix.

Or is this a problem that wont get fixed as i woud like to play the DLC.

I have completed the game and tried these things with no success-

Re-Installing the Game
Fixing the Install
Changing Resolution and or settings
Checked if it has latest updates

Have tried all of the above but still get the blank screen would be nice to hear some suggestions or tht theres a fix i have missed so i would be able to enjoy future DLC.

Nobody have suggestion i could try to fix this issue, posted same question on answers Hq without a reply to solve it.

Sorry, no idea how to help you short of rebooting and running the risk of losing your progress. Hope this bump helps!
