With the new patch and DLC, ME3 has certainly become more challenging, and I think this is a good thing. However, matches take longer to complete and farming has essentially been eliminated, but the credits awarded per objective/match have not been sufficiently adjusted to compensate for this fact. This is a problem for new players who might be turned off to multiplayer because of how long it takes to unlock characters and weapons. It's also a problem for people who play PUGs and get into games with inconsistent player skill levels.

The solution? Lower the cost of existing packs, award more credits per objective/extraction, increase the drop rate of pack items, or create new packs that guarantee a certain type of drop (like a character card, gear, or even ultra rare upgrade).

There should be extra credit when you play against Collectors.

Yes
Lots of people abandoned the game and entry point is too high with too much stuff to max.
Newcomers will feel overwhelmed and with few so few credits it would be very annoying to get to acceptable levels and weapons.

I would love this, because I'm a casual player and just play on silver, sometimes gold, and I barely hav any new stuff because of my lack of credits.

Honestly the only thing they need to do for credits is 2 special things

1. Weekend events that have higher Credit Rewards
2. It has been mentioned that some of the Hazard maps may have a higher Credit Reward bonus for playing them.

If you personally extract it gives you a 10 percent credit bonus.

The trouble is determining the scale up in credits. My initial thought is that the packs should be correlated with the levels - a bronze gets you a veteran pack, silver a spectre, gold a premium spectre, and platinum a premium spectre plus a JEP.

no, no, no...they shouldn't have to compensate us because they stopped the playerbase from exploiting the game.

That's like expecting a teacher to make their tests easier because everyone has to take them in isolated cubicles to stop cheating.

The if you were completeing matches on X difficulty constantly before, then you should still be doing the same.

Dragoons? Childs play only dangerous when they are backing you up into a horde of enemies...but thats what they are suppose to do.

Geth bombers? Not worse than hunters, but hunters got nerfed I noticed their GPS doesn't body my shield with one shot all the time, but hunters still pressure harder. The thing that makes Bombers annoying is that overload seems glitched on them because is very common for them to not lose any shield to it.

Collectors? Most fun faction to fight, you really shouldn't be dying alot unless you get in melee range of a praetorian or there is a scion filling a narrow corridor with cluster nades if thats the case then yes you will get destroyed.

All tech users, tech ammo, and biotic ammo got a MAJOR buff, and things have been getting consistently buffed since like release...

if you think the game is harder, good it needs to be, all bioware does is make the players stronger.

extraction... bonus... haha yea.... 14k on PLATINUM , 7k at best on Gold... nothing thats worth using any consumables...

they should award Credits for every round and give an extraction bonus and a bonus for full extraction
, they should also completely redo the total credits you gain, a stressfull fight with 4 people against collectors using lots of consumables isnt worth lousy 80k

Bronze should be something about 20-25k
Silver 50-60k minimum
Gold 90-100k
Platinum especially now that 4 enemies come together should reward atlast 225k MINIMUM.

platinum is the only difficulty that should get a credit buff.

Bronze arround 12-15 Minutes
Silver arround 15 - 22 Minutes
Gold arround 20 - 25 Minutes
Platinum I have not enough experience

This is how long my matches averagely need. And it doesnt feel longer as before. And if you need longer, than it can't be that much that it wouldn't fit into bonus credits for exfiltration. Ø 7k for gold for a maybe 3-4 minutes more is not bad.

Yeah so I assume you are joking, they gave an extraction bonus to give a reason to extract and maybe to end the wiping on wave 10 which many players would do. They shouldn't increase the credit amounts we get now and they probably won't if they did then farming would become worse and they would lose money from people buying packs.

I don't think it's too bad with the extraction bonus, whose point was to silence those people who would essentially give up after the objective completed on wave 10. But silver and bronze are still easy enough, even to new players, and offer enough credits to keep the veteran packs ticking over.

To veteran players: shape up! We wanted harder games and we got it. Platinum offers enough money for a PSP and JEP each successful match and plenty of credits even if you don't make it that far.

More credits would be great considering 99000 nets you 2 ammo cards in a lot of cases

The solution they might eventually use will be to just make a paid download of practically everything related to a kit (like all the infiltrators with full customization and all the sniper rifles at X) for a set price ala BF3.  In the meantime, they're not going to increase the efficacy of the free method of gaining gear when they're by definition trying to push people towards the paid store with free DLC.  As long as there remains a relatively equitable free method, I'm good with the current system.

I agree that the game has gotten harder but frankly it needed it.  I wasn't using almost any gear on silver yet was getting 35k usually for each game.  I could previously buy a jumbo equipment pack for the "price" of using maybe one of each during an usually hard silver.

The current unlock system is the only thing that's stopping me from getting ME3 for the PC.

That's why I said the credits have not been "sufficiently" adjusted. This bonus is laughable, as Niran explains.

Weird.  I ran a platinum two days ago and there were only three factions.  I was kinda disappointed

SO let me get this straight. There are people who actually can play and get credits reliably, so reliably that they can max out the manifest completely. Which means all of the game is completeable if you put the work in, and you want to be "given" more credits for not putting in as much effort.

Honestly I can't see your suggestion being anything less BS than asking BW to help you cheat at they're game. You want more credits, play platinum, you can't handle platinum, tough, other people learned to adapt. If you can't make the cut, you die like every other weakling.
