So I'm pretty happy with my Turian Ghost build at the moment but I'm thinking I could optimise it a bit more. A scarcity of Reset Powers cards means I may only get one shot at respeccing for a while, without promoting and having to re-level (/wrists), so I'm looking for opinions.

This is what I'm thinking of respeccing to: link.

A lot less in terms of survival (damage evos on Stim Packs, so no standing in front of a Praetorian shooting it in the face fearlessly) and utility (damage TC, no Neural Shock for knocking down mooks, no Shield Damage evo).

Thoughts on either build or any other build you guys are using would be greatly appreciate. Thanks!

Edit: Using a scope/barrel Saber VII, and maybe a ULM Hurricane as backup.

I wouldn't skip weapon damage, so the build you're gonna spec into should be good, that's similar to the 2nd one I use except I take max shield in stim pack.
You can also check out the build in my solo thread.

Drop fitness. You really don't need it on the class because of the Stim Packs and taking it causes you to lose out in the weapon damage evos in Turian Veteran.

This is what I use and I top every game on gold by a decent amount. I use either the Harrier or the Saber.

Personally I'm thinking of running something like the second build suggested but keeping stim packs like you have in your initial build. Running the harrier on it.

you can see my ghost from there. I maxxed everything except overload because I primarily use it as a way to stun while I hammer them with my Harrier, and even without neural shock it stuns enemies for long enough. I decided to put the rest into fitness to increase his viability just a little more for gold/platinum. I love this guy

I think this is the build I am currently using (can't remember if I changed it or not):
My Ghost Build

Haven't attempted a Platinum Solo, so can't really say if it works too well there. I have solo'd Gold with it and didn't have too much trouble (failed a couple due to sloppy play on late waves getting sync killed, but those 2 were going really well before that too).

Edit: I don't use the Stimulant Packs the way many others do (for the pure weapon damage). I basically go :

Cloak --> Overload (if there is a crowd or anything with shields/barriers) --> Shoot (personal favorite is the Harrier, but nearly any AR is great on this guy).

If I am getting torn up I go:

Cloak --> Stim Pack --> Shoot (mostly to suppress as I change positioning to my advantage).

My Ghost. I use him with an AT-12 Raider.

Hatemails I've recieved regarding him:

"What the ef, brah? Insta-shield regen, WITHOUT using ops pack? That shiz whack!"

                                                                                                                                   - Marauders

"Can I get some armour upgrades?"

                                     - Geth Prime.

"Nerf him."

                            - Collector Captain

"Kzzzt-Brrp. Pkkh-Errr-zzt."

                                   - Nemesis

This is somewhat close to my build, here:
narida.pytalhost.com/me3/classes/#46EPNNF@0@0@A@@@0@0@0@0

I've found success using nearly every assault rifle, but for my playstyle I actually like the Collector AR on lower difficulties (Bronze and Silver). On Gold and Platinum a Harrier will do just fine. I sacrifice a couple hundred shields/health to have Overload with one Chain in it... I find that it stops Dragoons in their tracks, and headshots with this character kill fast. I also always bring an Acolyte. It makes killing Phantoms/Banshees/Praetorians 10 times easier/faster.

I also think you can setup Stimulant Pack however you want.... just depends on how you play. For me, I used it more to get out of tight situations, so I specced for duration so that my shields would stay up and I could run away, usually to an ammo box to grab more packs and ammo for the harrier on Gold. Gold solo is pretty easy with this guy, and the only issue I've had against Cerberus are the Dragoons. They themselves are not too difficult, but on some maps if you get an objective like disabling the 4 devices, they can close ground on you so quickly that you never have a full 10 seconds to disable one device, whether you are kiting them across the map or not. Does anyone know how much Dragoons cost the wave budgets on Gold? Anyone updated the info yet?

I'll try Reapers Gold solo tonight... I think they should be quite easier. No Turrets and no Dragoons would make life easier :P

Skip Fitness as others have mentioned. You have base 750 shields and on demand shield recharge via grenades. Add in TC and jetpack dodge awesomeness and you're good to go. Hard to mess up this build.

I originally went with survivability over raw damage.

TC: Damage 40% / Recharge speed / Assault rifle damage 20%
Overload: N/A
Stim Pack: Shield 40% / Duration / shield 60 % and melee
Armiger Legion: Damage and stability / Headshots / Damage and stability
Fitness: Shields / Shield recharge / Shields

Using that skill set out I could get huge buffs to shield and melee, whilst throwing out +80% damage with the Harrier. It's useful for the mooks as they chip away at the shield, but the bigger enemies I wasn't so sure. Especially as the damage they do is enough to drop even the maxed out shield of 4000 quickly if you're not careful. On top of that the Tac Cloak should give enough survivability and the jump jets maneuverability to slip away.

I respecced to this.

TC: Damage 40% / Recharge speed / Assault rifle damage 20%
Overload: N/A
Stim Pack: Damage 5% / Duration / Damage 10%
Armiger Legion: Damage and stability / Headshots / Damage and stability
Fitness: Shields / Shield recharge / Shields

Reasoning, they can't drop my shields if their dead. It works well in conjunction with cloack for a damage boost of almost 100% The encounters usually go like this. Cloak, gain the damage boost, (activate stim pack if shields get dropped by return fire or certain enemies like Phantoms etc appear for the damage boost) jump jets to bounce out of the way or into cover. reactivate tac cloak and then jump jet back into combat or outflank.

I don't think overload is terribly effective. You can do way more constant damage equipped with a Harrier (EB and Pen) Eagle/Carnifex (EB and pen. for a side arm) and equip the War fighter pack if you have it for the assault rifle damage and grenade capacity for the stim pack.

I've used this on gold in quite a few matches now and I can beat enemies effectively, even banshees and brutes go down very fast, anything with armour does really. It does tend to require fast, aggressive, but tactical play knowing when to activate the stim pack and slip away, before attacking again.

Almost my exact same build except I go for duration instead of max packs (since you already can get more with any greande capacity gear).

But I gotta agree, I find fitness on this to be completely redundant, what with both Tactical Cloak and Stimulant Packs enhancing survivability. That and I love triple chain overload enhanced with cloak damage way too much to drop it.

I've already done a gold solo with this build, would have to see if I'd miss having more shields on a platinum solo (though I wasn't using cyclonic on the gold one).

I also use the Saber on him btw, match made in heaven for me.

(6)Tactical Cloak: Damage/Melee/Damage
(4)Overload: Chain
(6)Stim Pack: Damage/Duration/Damage
(6)Armiger Legion: Damage/Headshots/Damage
(4)Fitness: Shields

Or

(6)Tactical Cloak: Damage/Melee/Damage
(6)Overload: Chain/recharge/Chain
(6)Stim Pack: Damage/Duration/Damage
(6)Armiger Legion: Damage/Headshots/Damage
(0)Fitness: None

The first build is good for soloing and generally very well rounded and more forgiving. The second build is good for soloing and team play, but you have to be a bit more careful. No incapacitate on overload; when they fall down it's detrimental to getting head-shots. The last evolution of overload is preference.

Engagement: Vs. Typical = Cloak, Overload, headshot.  Vs. Armor = Cloak + Stim + Shoot

Generally use stims only for hard targets or emergencies. A Harrier works well because each trip to the ammo box nets you another stim pack. Saber and Mattock are great options in the absence of a Harrier. (Saber is arguably just as a good)

This is the one I'm using atm. Using the Saber as well, and while I haven't tried it on Platinum yet I'll just say that if you're a good shot this will destroy every human-sized enemy any faction can throw at you extremely fast, and it isn't half-bad against the heavies either.

Neural shock sometimes causes enemies to fall down, correct? Isn't this detrimental to landing headshots? <.<

I just noticed several people have it spec'd. I personally do not care for it on the Ghost!

It is detrimental indeed and I'm considering switching to recharge speed simply to avoid it, but then again, the regular stun animations also make it a bit hard to land headshots. I just went with my usual "no need to spec into recharge speed on the powers other than cloak on infiltrators" mentality when speccing him.

I DESPISE Neural Shock.  I used to have it specced on my Turian Sent and everytime I would overload to stun someone they would drop behind cover where I couldn't see them.  Sooooo frustrating!

Saber (with scope) is mandatory.
The rest depends on personal playstyle, I for one did skip Turian Crystal Meth totally and play very much like a normal Inf without meleeing a lot.

That's exactly why I didn't choose Neural Shock.

The scope is definitely not mandatory, if that's what you're saying. I can headshot across Hydra well enough without it.

I don't use the scope, still manage to pop Phantom heads without much trouble. The scope would be ultra annoying at most times for me actually.

That´s why the brackets.
The good thing about ARs is the lack of hipfire penalty, so I can scope at long ranges and hipfire in CQC with the Saber.

My Ghost Sniper:
TC-Damage/Recharge Speed/Bonus Power
Stim Pack-Max Shields
Overload-Damage(evo 4)
Armiger Legion-Damage and Capacity/Headshots/Damage and Stability
Fitness-Durability/Shield Recharge/Fitness Expert

He puts out a LOT of damage. I use a Widow X with an Armor Piercing Mod V (no cover can save enemies) and the ammo capacity mod (whatever its called), plus my Operative V gear (12% damage bonus to both sniper rifles and tech powers). I even threw on the new Phasic rounds (which were at lvl 3) and went into a Gold/Collectors/Firebase White-Scions and Praetorians went down very quickly.
