How many people has this been affecting? I play on Xbox and I've noticed very frequently recently, that consumables don't work when you press the button.

Press press press press press die. Not pleasant when you're surrounded
by enemies and trying to whip out a rocket, and they cream you because
nothing happens. Or when you're down to one health bar, try to use an
ops pack and you die because nothing happens. Or when you're trying to
revive yourself and you get stomped within 2 seconds because nothing
happens.

Gives off a bad impression to your squadmates that you're not pulling your weight, through no fault of your own. And worse, it can cost the match.
