If this DLC is as much as Lair of the Shadow Broker was, and is as big, if not bigger than that DLC, then I can guess that Omega, by the end of the mission will become another HUB world you can visit, much like the Shadow Broker Base (ship) became a place you could visit and hang out in. (The Shadow Broker base sorta acted like an extension of the Normandy, with the armor and weapon locker, information camera feed features, music player, and even resource purchase terminal.)

Confirmed that Omega is not a HUB. www.eurogamer.net/articles/2012-11-07-back-to-omega-aria-and-nyreen-mass-effects-first-female-turian-star-in-4-hour-dlc

-reads article- well if that's true then it is the worst DLC ever and should be 1 penny

Or, maybe, everyone can quit complaining about the price, and lack of content, and the fact that Omega isn't a hub or that there are no permanent Squadmates, and be happy we're EVEN GETTING DLC. Every consider that? No probably not, because you're too busy complaining about EVERYTHING, from the ending, the DLC, etc.

And here you are complaining about him complaining

Exactly. I wish people would get over themselves. The ending is done with FREE DLC added to it. The multiplayer has been getting FREE DLC for months, plus we've had the challenges held at Bioware's expense. So what if you have to pay Bioware for Leviathan and Omega, they are completely optional and no-one is saying "You have to purchase this DLC, play it, and complain how much you hate it and how you wasted your money".

Your time and money is your own, the same goes for Bioware. They may make games as a passion but they are also a business, they need money to function in this world and make us the games we love, not to mention that they have lives just like you. So enough complaining about an ending that has already been done, enough arguing about prices, enough telling other people how to do their own jobs. If you feel Bioware's recent track record shows them going down a path you don't like you are free to jump off this boat at any time, find a new developer, but think carefully about how well Bioware has been treating their fans, despite the criticsms, before you start bashing them.

As for Omega, I don't care that it isn't a hub world, I think I've spent enough time running around on the Citadel than I did for three or four of the hubs in ME2. No permanent new squaddies? I was honestly overwhelmed by the number of them in the second game that it wasn't until ME3 was upon us that was able to say I came to appreciate each character. I felt I didn't have time enough to focus on each of them and am glad that the list has shortened a bit. Besides, while I like Aria's character I really don't want her hanging around on the Normandy with me, and the ship's really only big enough for one badass of a turian, Garrus Vakarian.

That's what this forum is for. To let Bioware know how we feel about what they are doing. If Omega isn't a hub and Nyreen isn't a permanent squadmate then that is not worth fifteen dollars. It is a ripoff and I will not pay it..

I for 1 am happy that the mass effect team is pouring out the dlcs unlike the dragon age team with the failed DA2.

This request will likely fall on the deaf ears of the development team, but here it is. If neither Nyreen or Aria are full squadmates then do we get any new weapons, armor or squadmate appearences? Can we have a feature that allows us to make better use of the war assets than just little foot notes in the war room?

I guess all I'm really asking is for you to either make it worth the price or lower the price because from what little bit I'm hearing, it doesn't sound like it.

I was not aware Bioware had released every last detail about this DLC so we could determine exactly how much we believe it is worth. How does it end? Never mind, I want it to be a surprise.

You think the DA2 team was bad, Quantic Dream dropped all post-release DLC for Heavy Rain to make a Move Edition. By the time they were done, everyone had already moved on. And don't get me started on Bethesda. PlayStation players waited months for Fallout 3 DLC after everyone else, and now it is happening with Skyrim, too. Read the other day that X-Box 360 nearly have the 3rd DLC while PS users are still waiting on Bethesda to get satisfactory performance on the first before they release it. People were angry, disappointed and upset about it months ago and now some are already past the point of caring any more, myself included.

"Hey guys. I think the horrid ending discussion went down a bit... now that we gave them some free multiplayer thingies, let's dump a 1/4 of the launch day price DLC hurr durr"

A war with the reapers is going on and some self entitled whiners are wanting another pointless 'hub' place where they can go to and walk around doing nothing but just that after they possibly got everything they need on their first visit there.

Also wanting another squadmate when I would wager a majority of said people are the ones that whined about there being too many squadmates in ME2...

This is the part where I would say "Wonders never cease" but it's the BSN and we're way past that point now.

I am looking forward to helping Aria take back Omega with a large majority of my Shepards. Some won't because they just don't like her, but I think the price is ok and I don't see the necessity of Omega being a HUB or Nyreen being a squadmate.

I don't necessarily agree with the mocking, but you are so very, very wrong. Bioware is a company and we are their customers. If you went to a restaurant and were unhappy with your meal, you wouldn't accept 'Just be grateful you're getting anything!' would you? Of course that doesn't excuse bad behaviour, and if you're the kind of person who bullies the waitresses and insults the chef we could rightly write you off as a boor, but as a paying customer you have every right to complain and demand better, and this is no different. I'm sure that the people at Bioware put in a lot of love and hard work into their product, but in the end they're doing it for profit, not as a favour to you, and why shouldn't they? They provide quality product and we buy it, or we don't, and we're either happy with it, or we're not.

One question, will this DLC fix the ending? Or should I just write Bioware off the list of good developers.

Bioware said they are done with the endings and Omega seems to be a character driven DLC so no.

You can only use them for the Omega mission's, it makes sence for Aria not go with Shepard after she has Omega taken back since it fits her character. But I don't know why Nyreen would stay so we'll have to find out when the DLC comes out.

Make her an LI so we can bang her (or she Shepard) when this is over. Hue hue hue!

Seriously, this might be interesting since the big picture with the Reapers bored me after ME3, Their intentions where not as good so this is more catering to my RP taste. IF she becomes a squadmate permanently? Would be awesome! Team Asari with her and T'soni!

Aria is only around for the Omega missions you can't use her once they are done, but it makes sence that she stays on Omega to personally oversee that her control of the station is restored, and also she isn't the kind who likes to follow's orders.
