Ugh as long as this is the last DLC so I can finally say goodbye to Mass Effect after this. At this point I'm simply forking over more money out of some weird sense of completion, not because I really want to play it or because I want to support the developers anymore. This DLC already feels like having sex with your GF after you have decided to break up with her. I'll probably feel dirty and violated afterwards.

Haha but no one is making you buy/play it! Also sometimes it's great having sex with your ex girlfriend as long as she doesn't have trotters and a wiggly tail! You get the goodies and no grief afterwards!

If I was as fed up with ME as you sound, I wouldn't be playing it anymore anyway. Fortunatley however, I'm not and like most, I'm looking forward to it!

I say crippling the Cerberus by taking out the whole leadership and their main HQ/Cell is enough. There is no time for Omega! NO TIME!

I still wish for that rogue Reaper DLC story line.

Aria must have a reason why she doesn't want any of your squadmates to be with you retaking Omega. Also, I think the DLC is going to be good even without our squadmates. Btw, one of the temporary squadmates is a female Turian.

I've heard the reason. It makes no sense given the fact you and your buddies were running around Omega all the time in ME2.

Yeah I'm a tad disappointed about the no Normandy squad mates thing. Also you can't return to Omega after your done. Also I finally get paired up with a female Turian and she can't stick around that sucks. So I have this one big empty room in the Normandy (you know the one Thane used to be in) that she could have stayed in. They say its the biggest DLC they've ever done yet I keep hearing alot about what I can't do and less of what I can do. I'm going to buy it sure but damn not has excited has I was at first. Also Aria stays unbangable ah well I got Tali so I'm good.

oh dear, i now i can only hope it will be a lot Better than Arrival was since it was so predictable and not that interresting to me.
and just wasn't in the same league as LotSB,

and now this is sort of a "Solo" again
however the Aria / Turian female combo could be explosive getting this anyways hope it wont be a dissapointment
it might be the biggest DLC but Bigger does not necesary mean better

Alot of people make assumptions. The phrase "biggest DLC" more than likely, only means it contains the most new models and textures, thus causing it to be the biggest download. As long as it's the biggest in terms of bytes, they're not lying, regardless of how long the content can be played, or what it contains.

Would be interesting if they added some choice in this dlc (killing Petrovsky or making him join you, for example). Though LotSB didn't have any and it was the best story-driven dlc (only thing I did not like was the other squadmate being completely silent, but they covered it in Omega with having two temporary). My main concern is that Petrovsky may end up as generic villain, similar what happened with TIM when compared to his character in ME2. In comic, Petrovsky didn't appear as someone necessarily evil.

Will Aria and Nyreen be only temporary squadmates or will they be permanent?

I never made assumptions, myself.

However, he does have a point: we keep hearing about things we can't do and not much about what we can do.

If the reasons is that she doesnt trust cerberus (or that your crew might be working with them) then it makes perfect snse.
Aria might have tolerated Cerberus before, but you can bet she trusts no one right now.

The question should be, why does she involve Shepard at all? Byt this point in the story you should have united all the Mercs under Aria, why doesnt she just use those three factions to retake omega?
Theres plenty of firepower there to retake the station, more then one man with a red stripe down his arm could offer..

I still have 2300 points, I haven't bought second fire pack yet. It seems that I can only buy the Groundside and Omega now, I won't afford the third single player DLC with plot as they raise the price even time.

The fact that you can't take your Normandy squad doesn't bother me at all. I've always liked Aria as a character, so having her on my squad, even for the duration of the DLC, sounds great to me.

Omega is looking better than Leviathan, but it still isn't enough to change my mind about skipping the single player dlc altogether.

Shepard would help Aria retake Omega and Aria gives Shepard resources to fight the reapers in return.

Mostly because the only reason Shepard united them under Aria's banner was so that she could commit them to the war. I don't think Aria would go back on her word especially if there was a way to retake Omega without risking a huge battle that would cut into her numbers and wrecked the place. If Aria is only involving only two other people at her side, she has a plan. And if Shepard is helping her, she's offered him/her something for the war effort that is worth the risk. That probably only amounts to some war assets that are only considered valuable from Shepard's perspective, but I'm hoping just playing the DLC and seeing what happens will be its own reward.
