I checked Xbox live markeplace about 5 minutes ago and I saw the Omega dlc banner.
I clicked on it but I reached the Mass Effect series dlc page and Omega was not listed yet. 
I suppose it will be available in the next minutes....

Yeah, it's always been like that so I don't know why there are so many people asking about when it's coming out.

Because there's a lot of kids who have consoles.

Checked the Xbox 360 Marketplace on my lunch break, saw it there. Didn't download it, don't have the points to buy it today, but all looked legit.
