its a pretty fast DL but wont show untill origin restarts. the "store" in origin is realy wierd

look at the bottom of your Origin "my game" page, there should be a bar showing how far along the DL is.
For me it is 52%

Ah, I'm on PS3.  The store updated earlier today and when I started ME3 I had to accept the terms again.
