They said they were constantly hitting the 2 GB filesize limit. How'd they end up with ~250 MB of unused space?

ME2's dlc can download in to hard disk from "registered Game content "page, why is not possible for ME3's dlc? WHY?

My question: is this DLC only downloadable or there will be also a DVD?
In this case, I would prefer to have the physical support... I love my shelf full of these green boxes...
