Anytime. It has nothing to do with main plot, but personally I would go after Citadel coup.

Same here as well... it was at around 350kb/s when i started... but looks like the speeds have spiked.

This is the only thing I hate about being a PS3 owner.

I could own an Xbox I say, 'oh no because you have a PS3 and play a total of one game' my wife says.
