Meh, a few hours is nothing. I'm sure we've got a few Skyrim PS3 users here like myself that have been through worse.

Here's to that.

It's up on PS3!! :D

Which region are you talking about?

The USA PS Store has not updated yet so I highly doubt that the Omega DLC is available now for USA PS3 players.

I live about 30 minutes south of Boston, MA.  I assure you that I'm downloading it as I type.

Thank you very much for this info, Frankey!!!! :)

After, I read your reply, I went to the PS Store & I'm downloading it now too.

finished, nice dlc, but a way too easy. On insane I died only once, cause of experimenting with powers.

people say it is but I can't find it

I found it by searching under "PS3 Add-Ons" and then scrolling down past all of the Rocksmith or Rock Band DLC.
I'm downloading it now.

Yeah, I had to do it that way to for PS3. I've already played through once on PC and am into a second playthrough. It took me about 4 hours the first time. :)

The launch trailer is possibly the worst trailer I've ever seen. Seriously, Omega...a hive of cut throats, mercenaries and low-lives now suddenly gathering to listen to overly cheesy speeches about liberty?

Skipped this one. I'm dirt poor after the huge sales.

Yay it's finally out! If anyone wants discounted 1600 Microsoft points, buy them off me for a discounted price in celebration of this DLC! It only works for the US though.

Cool DLC. Aria and Nyreen are badass biatches.

Really liked the soundtrack too. Hope it becomes available like Leviathan did.

Thanks Bioware

Eh. Was okay, but massively overpriced. Far too short.

Combat is good, if mostly still a bit easy. Grenade spam is the only real danger, the Adjutants aren't challenging in the slightest and the new Mechs are basically Geth Hunters without cloaking fields.

Story is okay, but completely standalone from the main story. No consequences whatsoever, no new insights into Omega or Cerberus, Adjutant threat is self-contained and goes nowhere.

Essentially this is a spinoff DLC. No baring on the rest of ME3 at all.

Underwhelmed overall. 5/10 from me.

For me its a 8/10 its a good DLC imo but not as good when compared to Overlord, LOTSB and Leviathan. Its bit costly for 1200 microsoft points (should have been 1000 points imo). But despite some issue's I liked it.

Seconded. I defined it "the worst of the best". Usually ME DLC is either fantastic or bad, this is probably the first one that's just ok.

Average DLC. Cheesy storyline and obvious. Usually the saving grace of ME DLC is the well written plot. Missed the mark I think. Also, overpriced for what it was. And we can't even revisit after completion.

Like usual us aussie games will probably have to wait until tomorrow (the 29th) to get this. It's been this way with all the other DLC aswell...it's sad to say but we should be used to it.Image IPB

Wow. So i just finished Omega and I'm getting tired of feeling like i wasted my time. Not one thing about this entire DLC left anything to the imagination. Rediculously predictable and boring compared to everything else. Leviathan I liked because there was some mystery to it. Some unknown. Not here. Just felt like mindless shooting to get aria back her strip club. Anyone else feel this way.

Well, my idea of making my own opinions on ME content still stands it seems. Just finished the DLC, and yes, the auto dialogue was awful, and the focus on combat made a few parts insanely boring and repetitive, but overall, I enjoyed it. From what I can tell, from trailers and hints in the game, they were multiple different ways the ending COULD have played out. I liked mine quite a lot, I feel like I made a difference for once. The whole ending mission was very well done, despite some graphical glitches.

I do wish we could return to see how things are going, but oh well. I also would have liked to take Nyreen with me on the Normandy, but I liked the reason why we can't.

While overpriced, I got five hours of content, some crazy nostalgia, lots of fun, and felt accomplished after beating it. Omega gets an 8.5 from me.

I enjoyed it. The writing wasn't as sharp or interesting as I'd hoped, but the premise and overall direction kept me locked in. Aria has a few "DAMN PURPLE LADY YOU CRAZY" moments, in a fun way. The one jarring thing was the sound, moments that begged for dramatic accompanyment were silent, sound effects had disproportionate levels. Crowds cheering without uttering a peep. Weird stuff.

It's not bad, though. Sufficiently dramatic and replete with Bioware signature badass action.
Was kinda expecting a kiss, from what the trailer showed, I was a bad boy throughout.
