To be perfectly honest, I don't care why we're taking back Omega, because I'm not going to be included in the 'we.' Similar to Leviathan, ME3 soured me enough on the franchise that I have no interested in buying any DLC, whether it's 50 cents or 15 dollars. Yes, I'm still bitter. But only because I invested close to 5 years into enjoying these games to only have the equivalent of Bioware telling me to go stuff myself. They could be taking back Cheese Doodles for all I care.

Ugh take your ending discussion elsewhere, we are talking about O M E G A, it was a major part of the begining of ME2, it is what we call a hub world, it isn't an ending or anything like that, please stay on topic.

Because this thread isnt about that. It is about why are we retaking Omega, I have used many exapmples about why it's useless without even touching on the rest of the game or the endings, but you seem to be unable to get over that and only want to use straw man and call everything pretentious.

The DLC is probably about her using her allies to take omega back.  Shepard is just going to help her out.  After all she says she plans on employing violence to get it back when Shepard asks her about it,

You do realise that everything that sticks out from the asteroid was built by the races of the current cycle.
