You know, Renegade Shepard can be pretty evil at times.

How about this? He blackmails Aria into having sex with him if he helps her takes back Omega, if not he blows up the station with the Alliance Fleet. Conversely, as a Paragon you can earn the right to have sex with Aria as a reward.

I like the irony that the most expensive Mass Effect DLC ever is a level that was cut out from the game. EA RulezZzZzzz

The Mass Effect 3 DLC is the first Bioware DLC I haven't bought.
I will buy it all next year when the Indoctrination DLC is released and the ending make sense.

It's all about war assets.

Shepard has a thing for numbers. A real fetish.

If Bioware does release an Indoctrination Hypothesis DLC, I will congratulate those who believed in it. Until then, I will take Bioware's side, since they haven't done me wrong yet.

Because money.
Because pointless, aka because no effect on the endings.
Because war assets.
Because sex with Aria.
Because MP.
Because they have to make dlc out of something (sugestion make Dinosaur dlc).

Actually, will Shepard be taking back Omega, or will it be given back after Shep compromises with the Cerberus leader there?

I understand they don't intend to work on the ending, but it also doesn't make sense. It's like going back in time and adding something to the past, and then the future doesn't change.

Doesn't. Make. Sense.

I realized Bioware was committed to a non-sensical universe when Leviathan had zero impact of the post-decision EC.  It's sad.

My thoughts exactly after my first game ended, and I immediately was presented with a "Buy moar DLC for your Dead Shep soon!" screen. It was a double WTF. I'm even less interested now after months of stony silence then flat out refusal to do right by their customers, which any smart business would. It would have been so easy to add a scene of a rescuer finding the torso and the rest of Shep to the EC. But they instead gave us a middle finger, and it really bothers me that that tells us about the corporate culture at Bioware. It bothers me even more that they're refusing to let Shepard live so that they can force their sparkly shiny space magic synthesis ending on us for 4.

You know what else isn't going to happen?  EAs stock will not go up because they refuse to release IT DLC.

All I want is Aria on my squad and in my Shepard's bed, everything else is window dressing.
Blah blah go here talk to him/ her fight that here is your war asset the end. How lame and cheap. Destroy Omega, add Aria as a permanent squaddie, and give Shepard his sexy time with her.

For them to add Aria as a squadmate, they'd have to modify many of the main missions to account for her dialogue and have her in the cinematics.   Given the track record of Bioware for ME3, I can't see that happening.

I mean I kinda like Aria. She's not too annoying although she thinks she's the greatest thing in the universe. She helped me out a few times.. although nothing so huge that she's really important to you. And I guess I liked Omega as a hub world....

But it's not that important. It's a mined out asteroid. It's a haven of scum and villainy but for six months Cerberus/Reapers have held control of it. Isn't it safe to assume they're all indoctrinated or husk-ified by now?

I mean the only reason I could see Omega helping the war effort against the Reapers is if you kept the Collector Base and retake it from Cerberus and give it to the Alliance/Council to look into high-tech weapons and Reaper weakenesses.

I just don't see the importance of a mined out rock.

For one thing, once we take back Omega, I'm sure Aria will lend us some forces to fight the reapers.

I'm sure there are some resisting forces there that could help out.

Controlling Omega means controlling the Omega 4 relay. That could be the key to defeating the reapers if it ever comes down to "the reapers have a homeworld and we need to nuke the hell out of it" or something.

So yeah... many reasons.

Also... it 's just what shepard does.

I'm not buying anything if it doesn't affect (effect?) the endings. Its sounds petty, but screw that. A 5 sec clip of you and your LI after the war (assuming you picked Destroy).

A 5 SEC CLIP, BIOWARE!!!!

I'm bitter.

$15? I got four DLC missions for $30 from Gearbox.

Nah, this isn't worth it. Even after the hype with the comics, its too little too late.

I don't want to help Aria. If there's an option to kill her, I'll take it. This is why I'll buy the DLC. An end to that hateful biatch makes perfect sense to me.

I can't wait!
