Honest to god, I said it when the original endings were all we had but I'll say it again...
This will only be relevant if you've seen the movie A Christmas Story.
The war assets thing is like trying to get enough Ovaltine caps to get the Little Orphan Annie decoder ring so you can decode the secret. And the secret is Drink Your Ovaltine.

yeah, it sounds like (based on previous statements by bioware) the omega DLC isn't going to change the ending, so if you're playing it because you're hoping it will add to meaning to the ultimate end of the galaxy, i wouldn't waste the $15.
if you just want a fun mission/more time in the ME world without caring about the ending, then i'm sure it will be great.
I don't know how many times bioware has said that they aren't changing the endings yet some of these people can't get it through their thick skulls. We are going to be hearing the same crap from them everytime a new sp dlc comes out. They are like the kid that asks "are we there yet" every 5 minutes
You are a terrible person and you make me sick.
Your tears sustain me hippy
Also your sheepishness sustains me.
"talkin' bout my generation"
Whining about spelling on an online forum? Yeah you need to get a life. Hippy

The Mass Effect 3 DLC is the first Bioware DLC I haven't bought.
I will buy it all next year when the Indoctrination DLC is released and the ending make sense.
You know what else isn't going to happen? EAs stock will not go up because they refuse to release IT DLC.

But really unless you get to have at least a threesome with Aria and Liara or just sex with Aria there is really no point in going to Omega.

If you are using a video game to get off on than you have other problems

IT is just as nonsensical as current ending, but for both in-game and out-of-game reasons.
EAWare will never release that. They already destroyed their core fanbase, and heavily damaged their reputation.
Admitting that they deliberately released incomplete game will lead to a even more severe implications, than they have now.
And they, of course, will never disprove the IT, because they need your(iters) money and loyality.
This is obivous.

If anything, this DLC is just proof that they wrote themselves into a corner with ME3 and can't/won't come up with something that's meaningful beyond some trivial war assets we already have more than enough of.
So you know the DLC already? SMH.

Considering that the introduction of the creators of the main enemy of the whole trilogy accomplished absolutely nothing in the end, I doubt Omega will be any different.
"The journey is more important than the destination" some people might say.
Yeah, but when the destination is the point of the entire trilogy, excuse me if it all feels so underwhelming.
