Hello,

for the new pack I recently purchased some Bioware points to buy packs.  Unfortunately, about 80% of the time my game just hangs at "Please Wait".  I've waited MINUTES and nothing happens, and I have to restart the game (and my pack is there as soon as I get in MP).

I have just came back to the game, and it's been a real eye-opener just how insanely slow ALL of the screens are.  It seems every screen connects to an EA server at least once (the loading screen is 3 times? what?) for at least 15 seconds each time.  Coming from other games with nearly instant menu navigation, this is painful.  Are there any plans to work on this infrastructure at all, because it is the single biggest detractor from me wanting to purchase more points or even play this game, when each time is a 5 minute ordeal.

And before we go into "oh you have a bad connection", I don't.  I have a 35Mbps down and 5Mbps up connection, with EXTREMELY low latency in every other application I use.  I also highly doubt my ISP would target ME3 for throttling and not things like torrents or youtube.

I actually have a suggestion. If reworking your infrastructure is too difficult, why not just make BW points convert, in one transaction, into credits. This way, the store runs smoothly, and you only have to go through the horrible wait game once instead of 5+ times.
