I'd be very happy with a Wraith III. If you dislike the Wraith, odds are you misunderstand the intention behind it. It's designed for casters and certain other characters who can fill the gap between shots with a power. Some prime examples: Batarian Soldier, Human Engineer, Turian Sentinel, Human Adept

I enjoy my Wraith III, but I understand the frustration of getting an ultra-rare you just don't want. During my Retaliation spending spree I got what seemed like my first UR in forever, and it was a Black Widow II. Just going from the excitement of seeing a black card coming up, then a letdown, whether the weapon is actually "bad" or not, totally sucks.

I haven't tried my Volus Adept, but the Wraith is awesome. Mine is only at 3 too, but I can wreck with it on my GE. It actually goes well with all the Engineers.

Every Wraith unlock I had looked like that. Black Widow looked like the M-98 Widow, and Paladin like the Carnifex.

I wish I had a Wraith. And a Crusader. But, something about UR shotguns makes me not able to get them. My other UR's are between III and VI, and I still don't have a Wraith.

I killed a lot of enemies with my Wraith III... it is a good weapon. Volus Adept is also good character... tricky to play but hey... he is a biotic god

Most URs are actually good/great/useful now. Some exceptions exist. The Wraith is not one of them. If it had a higher RoF or 3 shots in the clip as a basic feature, it would be godlike/exceptional. Now it is just a great gun but that is honestly enough.
