Something I've noticed on my playthroughs od ME3 (particularly my second playthrough) is that sometimes certain sound files or images don't load properly. This repeat if you reload a save from before they occur, so it's not just a temporary blip.

I won't list everything I've seen, but I'll just give a couple of examples (trying to avoid spoilers as best I can):

Near the start of the final mission, when Cortez flies overhead and Shepard yells "Steve!", on my second playthorugh I very oddly didn't hear Shepard say that line. Instead the subtitle appeared, but only for that one line, as I have subtitles off. There was no sound for that one line, but all the others around it were fine.

Another example: Right at the end of the game before you make your very final choice, Shepard is being told the outcome of the possibilities he/she could choose. He/She closes his/her eyes and sees images of the outcomes, yet on my second playthrough she just closed her eyes and then jilted slightly as it cut back to her after she had supposedly envisioned things, yet no images had been displayed!

Any idea what my causing these little oddities (and others I could mention)? Are these just random bugs affected by all the choices accumulated over three games, and can't be predicted? I relause Mass Effect 3 is a huge game and it's obviously very difficult to pin down and correct such things, but I just wondered if anyone else had experienced something similar ...
