ME 1 Retail copy on Origin

Hi. I have registered a Retail Copy of Mass Effect 1. I went on the page of registration and i have used a "classic Screen Name Persona" of Pogo.com but after 3 days the game still don't appear in my origin library, I forgot something to have a good registration??? I also have the E-mail of EA that tell me "registration Successfully"

I registerd my Mass Effect 1 via https://activate.ea....activategame.do and created a new EA classic persona name, now its showing up in Origin.
Have you tried logging in and out of Origin and reloading your games?

I was wondering this too. EAs Customer support is infuriating and completely useless when it comes to helping me get it onto origin. Its either they tell me my key is somehow invalid when its not because it told me it worked or they have no clue about the situation.
