 I have seen some people complaining about not being able to play single player do to the EA servers being crap and not working.

The fix is simple. Before you start up ME3 disconnect yourself from the internet. That means either unplug your eathernet cable, or disconnect from your wireless network. If you do this the game will allow you to play your game with all the DLC without needing to verfiy it online. If you keep your internet connection intact and only set origin to offline mode it won't work. You must fully disconnect from the internet.

That's it. I figure they made it this way so you don't need an internet connection to play SP, but didn't think about the possibility of their servers failing majorly. So it only works if you have no internet access, otherwise it will want to verfiy the DLC.

Yes that works. You only need to have verified your DLC once. I did this when I had no Internet at home for a while.
