 It's been a problem I've been having nonstop since I received the game and I've checked many places and I can't seem to figure out what the problem is. Basically, whenever I'm in game on Single Player or Multiplayer and go to the options screen (to change the settings or see my score/what wave we're on/etc), there's approximately a 75% chance that the game will freeze and I'll get an error saying the game is no longer working. 

I also get it on the Mission Success screen and the following one where it shows the points and credits made for the match. If it happens on the former, I don't get awarded any of the credits or XP (though sometimes the Galaxy of War will update like it received the info). I'm sure at this point I've probably lost a couple million credits since I play the game consistently (if not daily) and have to deal with it happened a couple times before I finally get frustrated and stop.

I don't understand what the problem is. The game plays perfectly well on the second to best visual settings. I don't have any problems moving across Menae on the second mission where there's a lot of things going on visually in the background. The minute I pause the game, however, it's practically guaranteed to lock up on that plain blue screen.
