i want to use my downloadable contents. my question is if i use the stone prisoner in my current game. will it be gone if i start a new game?

also i want to download the blood dragon armor. but i'm mage. so i am thinking that someone from my party can useit. but what if that party member become dead(through story) or that member is only for that quest. will my armor be get back?

you will always have shale in every new game you play after he's installed. If a party member leaves your group for good all of his equipped items go to your inventory. Including the blood dragon armor.

Yes, once you get the DLC, it's part of your game, as long as you have it enabled that is. I believe you can un-enable it from the DLC menu at the start, if you so wished.

Yes, once you've unlocked DLC you have it availible for every character you create. You can even set the game to redownload and install your DLC if you've reinstalled the game.

Yes, all add-ins are available for every game you play with the account you registered your DLC.
