ME3 runs incredibly choppy, haven't played since the me3 mp beta which worked fine

Whenever I start up ME3, I start with about 5-20 fps in the menus and when entering a MP game my game just stutters constantly, I'll have a few seconds of clarity and then a big spike of lag.
