We don't call a woman a king because king means it's a male. We call her a queen.

I guess the fact that the dictionary uses the phrase "male sovereign" doesn't help my case, but at any rate, a king was originally simply a, well, sovereign irrespective of gender, and a queen (which in itself was "queen-consort" before the "consort" part fell out of use) was the king's spouse. Perhaps the only reason we now use "queen" to refer specifically to women and "king" to men is because women rarely came into power through inheritance (ie, never really gained sovereignty and therefore the title of king) and almost exclusively married into it (ie, the queen slot).

the banner is easy to make they should make a biotic goddess with the n7 fury. I mean it's so easy to change you could do it yourself just like the singleplayer edits. It's just no one else would see it unless they had it.

I'm surprised that you think that it is discriminatory, when it is simply referencing (or quoting/paying montage) to ME2. I'm pretty sure that there is no intention of being discriminatory or sexist. It's a memorable monent and they wanted to tie it into the game again for those who enjoyed that moment. 

Personally, I think equality is important, but the banner itsn't a matter of equality but a reimagining of that moment when a drugged up Volus thinks he can take on the world. In the end, if you want read this "discrimination" into it, then simply don't use the title. Don't expect Bioware to fix a problem that isn't there. 

As for things like lone wolf, I wouldn't mind a FemShep, but considering the game (even the background to the website we are using right now and most adds, like the front of the game) mostly features a male Shepard, I don't think it will or should change.

yeah that race is awful, which is pesonal taste. I want a human on the banner, the fury.
