 take Destroyer and spec him as the usual super fast shooting accurate mode, 
next you want Geth SMG.

first thing you'll notice that the Geth SMG shoots sooooo fast and have soo much ammo it's basicly a line of dots pointing on the one you wish dead but the funny thing is ... shoot a nemesis.

you know when you shoot a nemesis she start "Eew! AAH!!" etc? now adjust it to the fire rate of the geth smg and you geth funny chain of 50 "Eew! AAH!!" in 1 sec.

BTW, I had such an awsome match where I got with this combo 75 kills with SMG by wave 7 (not including the frag spam on spawn points) and then after extraction... Crash to desktop :X
