Hi all!
I just purchased a Premium Spectre Pack through the ME3 store for 240 Bioware points, but I never received the pack. The system says it checks for outstanding purchases, but never finds any. The Last Pack button is grayed out as well.
Who can I contact about getting this cleared up?
Any recommendations or help is appreciated!
