A mix of overly-loyal fans not wanting to see something they enjoy scrutinized so rigidly, and his petulant tone. 

There's always a hefty chunk of truth behind the things he brings up, but his approach makes watching his videos an insufferable experience---y'know, except for those who incessantly bash BioWare and Mass Effect already.

You can make anything seem bad if you nit pick enough. Entertainment and media requires that you to some degree suspend your disbelief. 

And it requires the creator to, by some degree, suspend your disbelief for you.

The EC evacuation scene was freaking retarded. An appropriate analogy
would be a military commander on the beaches of Normandy calling for a
helicoopter to evac his squad (in the middle of a hot zone). It's so
unbelievable that it breaks my suspension of disbelief.

We already have to accept the notion of a sci-fi setting with bipedal aliens, faster-than-light travel, and blue babes that can murder you telepathically. It's the creator's job to make sure that all those elements remain as consistent and believable within that context as possible throughout a story (or trilogy), so that the audience can continue to accept it. Bioware dun goofed way too many times for them to have succeeded at this, so any loss of suspension of disbelief in the final act rests squarely on their shoulders.

Since the big bang of 6 march I had my own opinion and Smudboy or TUN and others summ it pretty well, just look outside and please tell me how many of big game journalists around the internet said truth about ME3 ?
