As far as I know, no, you can't.
All your on-going quests are marked as finished as soon as you return to Golefalois if I remember that right.

Aww that's too bad. Oghren decided to tell me during the Blight that he wanted to go to Cleanbad to see his friend but I couldn't go there. I'll continue with my other character, then, I think.

The game creates a post-coronation save for you. You can still complete all the DLC's (Warden's Keep, Return to Ostagar etc.). But it's better to complete the DLC's before you beat the game so you can actually enjoy the new items/companions.

Yes - to do DLCs and so on. The game places you back at your camp, and the time is after Landsmeet but before the final battle iirc. So it moves you back in time.
