Well, he still won't have sex with you till the end of the game.  But none of them will.  It's a plot thing.

Hmmm, I got the feeling he did, but didn't feel comfortable talking about it.  Maybe I chose the wrong dialogue options.  I miss Kaidan.  I should play ME again soon.

Well, both Alistair and the panda are very cuddly

And King Alistair says that there will be no panda killing in Fereldon from now on.  

But you can kill Vaughn as much as you like.  Heck, I'll even help you. One of my favorite lines in the game, "I killed him like a pig, Shianni" (or something like that).
