Because protheans would be easier to implement because they are have a fully functioning character model and we dont need more joke characters thats what the volus lorebreaking class was added for

The Elcor bit was a joke. I know engine constraints prevnt it from ever happening which sucks, but it would be awesome to see a character who can wield armored vehicle-grade weaponry.

I was refering to the elcor the rest are easily added but why not add all of that AND protheans no need to discriminate
