I can tell you with 99% certainty that critics will like it and give it generally high scores. Fans, however, will wail and cry that it is the single worst game Bioware has ever released and their next game is their last chance or else they're gonna go bankrupt and never make another game again!
How can I be so sure? Call it pattern recognition.

Honestly I'm going to be really skeptical of getting DA3, and I will wait for peer reviews not company reviewer site reviews.

Any AAA game released will receive at MINIMUM an 8.5/10 - regardless of quality - from 'professional' review sites, due to the ad revenue generated from publishers by professional critics. If the hype is great enough the product will usually receive a 9/10 or higher.
I would only hope no developer or gamer gives a grain of salt to the opinions of such people.

I wouldn't know, having never played Lair of the Shadow Broker.
But I did specify Legacy was the best DRAGON AGE DLC.

Sidetrack, but I have to give the edge to Shadow Broker because this (original, new, great soundtrack).
I wonder, Mass Effect has ~5000 composers (Jack Wall, Sam Hulick, Cris Valesco, Sascha Dikiciyan, Christopher Lennertz, Clint Mansell)-- does DA only have Inon Zur?

critical reviews are slanted in favor of the developer not the consumer, so it will be pretty reasonable score that will probably be undeserving of the quality of the product.
I am a bit concerned how little development time is being put into this game and there desire to become the next "skyrim" so atm things are not looking fantasic, especially considering biowares past record

This is BioWare's last chance to redeem themselves. They screw it up than I am done with them. I suspect that the critical response will be sort of like Mass Effects critical responses. First one comes out, Origins, its great everyone loves it and critics love it. Second one, DA2, comes out and critics thinks its good but not as good as, and the fans, first it'll be liked by some, tolerated by several, and hated my many. Than the third game comes out, DA3, and critics think its a great game with some subpar reviews here and there. A lot of people will hate it and think its garbage while a lot of other people think its good. All the while the new consensus is that DA2 was better than DA3 and Origins will still be king. Similar to Mass Effects critical reaction.
