Honestly.
Who among us are so selfless that you've actually equipped this thing voluntarily?
I'm just curious, because I've never seen it in a lobby and -- I'll be honest -- I've never even considered using it.
Has anyone actually used the medi-gel transmitter?

I've seen some Volus use it.
I'll prolly use it when I get it at 5.
Rumour is it can revive Sync killed teammates aswell.
For now though I need my Stronghold gear to stay alive in Collector Gold.

I'm new to the mp on PC this last 2 weeks and it was the first thing I unlocked. It's worked a charm when you might be trying to revive someone else, die in the process and bring both back to life a second later. Takes a lot of pressure off, especially playing a Volus as I do mostly.

I actually used it (at level 1 though) on my volus engie, just to see how it works. But it's such a habit for me to run up to the fallen ally to rez, I kept forgetting it has a 10 meter range on it. I think the furthest I managed to rez was at 2 meters or so (at least it looked like it ><) the one time I did remember.

Basicly if you die and use a medigel any downed allies within a 10 meter radius (level I ) will get picked up aswel

A buddy o' mine uses it when he's playing the Volus. He lets us know on the mic that he has it equipped and in case they all drop, he'll just revive them all instead. It's real nice of him, I must say.

I played a gold match today with randoms against cerberus on condor in which a volus engineer scored only 2000 points till wave 9. All he was doing was following me around healing me and on wave 9 a phantom sync killed 1 teammate and a sneaky turret got 3 of us while we tried to revive each other. I just used my medigel not realising i had the medigel transmitter V equipped and a miracle happened, all 3 of us suddenly woke up from the dead and cerberus was left scratching their heads. it was a great feeling reviving everyone with a push of a button and i see it being very useful for hack circles and getting full extractions.

I would rather use something that helps me not get downed in the first place, but I do have it at 1.

I get what Bioware was trying to do with this gear, but I'm having a hard time saying goodbye to the bonus defensive/offensive gears I've been using for months.
So far, it looks like most of you feel the same way.

I have used it on my Volus Engineer. Twice. And on my Phoenix Adept. Very handy. You don't have to revive yourself, and then revive your squadmates.

I can't wait to get this, it sounds right up my alley because I die often trying to revive people. I should probably just not revive people, but it's a knee-jerk reaction when I see someone get downed to want to run over and help, especially now with the insta-curbstomps.
It might actually save me medigel because I often end up needing to revive myself twice just to rez someone else. I usually choose the best player on the team to rez, as I figure they have a better chance of finishing the wave solo than I do. ;P

It can be really handy, if the whole team's down and you're surrounded by enemies, because they'd melee you to death if you were alone.

I always use it, but I have only met one player using it besides me
