Nope. Luftballons is the only way. That song is ambient luck, it's a well guarded secret... but the dark lady appears to have it in for you, so I guess it's ok to share.

And yeah, the store system sucks. But, what can you do...just keep buying Spectre Packs/Premium Spectre packs. At least with every new DLC the items from the last DLC seem to be easier to get.

Eh OP it took me 6 months to get a scorpion I, today I finally got the black widow.
I still want a Valiant so I can do the sniper challenge

I still do not have a scorpion (but a sabre on IX). I do not care about URs so much.
I do care about those useless ammo IVs which are clogging up my Rare slots and prevent me from getting proper rewards.

I wish I found more rank IV consumables. Would make gold a heck of a lot easier.
