Disruptor Ammo 2
Cryo Ammo 4: Squad Cryo Ammo (SCA)
Tactical Cloak 4: Enhanced Cloak
Incinerate 4: Incineration Blast
Operative 4: Assassin
Energy Drain 4: Area Energy Drain
Weapon: Widow

(Yes, a total amount of 53 points spent instead of 51... all hail gibbed!)

Very standard build imho, cruising with SCA, throwing fire and stripping shields. I'll mostly use the cloak to flee if necessary, and for boss fights.

I'm currently lvl 4 with this:

Disruptor Ammo 2
Cryo Ammo 1
Tactical Cloak 2
Operative 1
Dominate 1 (didn't/don't need drain since I could use Disruptor ammo. After first picking up Grunt I'm going after Mordin, at which I can switch dominate for drain).

Squad:

Dunno really, I guess I'll fool around with Garrus/Miri or (later) Samara/Miri.

Hmmm... extra points. Setting that aside, I prefer Neural Shock on an Infiltrator to just about any other power. You seem to really like Energy Drain, as this is the third build I have read with it in the last couple minutes. :)

In any event, Cryo Ammo is a waste on the Widow. I prefer going Squad Disruptor on the Widow characters. There are a couple reasons. First is the extra damage to shielded enemies, The squad evolution also provides some CC against organics (weapon overheat), and better CC than Cryo against Synthetics. And more importantly, I don't like Heavy versus Synthetics since they can damage you when they blow up. If you can always keep them at range, then go Heavy I suppose.

Some people like Warp Ammo on a Widow build to do max damage versus Harbinger. I don't care about that, at least not enough to sacrifice bonus power that will be useful throughout much more of the game. Dominate might work out ok, I never ran it all that much. I probably would run Dominate on Viper build rather than a Widow build with Cryo Ammo, but it should be ok either way.

Heh, I knew I made a build somewhere :D

I made my cousin a ME2-addict and he loves the snipers... was fooling around with this build:

Disruptor Ammo 4 (Squad)
Cryo Ammo 1
Tactical Cloak 4 (Assassination)
Incinerate 4 (Blast)
Operative 4 (Assassin)
Energy Drain 4 (Area)

Simply put:
- SDA 4 for when we fight synthetics, will bring Jacob/Grunt along for Squad Incendiary.
- Incinerate 4 for organic crowd control and because it's literally a blast ;)
- Area Drain 4, see above, but for synthetics.
- I left AI Hack out because I prefer to be fast. Yes I know you can hack an AI and shoot it without returning fire (and it's fun to see them turn on eachother) but I rather just deal with them quickly and move on.
- 1 point in Cryo instead of AI. I dislike AI Hack, but maybe I'm just blind and don't give it the appreciation it deserves.

Team will usually have me bringing a fighter and a biotic (or hybrids) around, but I can also see the fun in freezing enemies with Mordin's Cryo Blast and then shattering them with my own Incineration Blast

edit: will possibly change operative assassin to operative agent for higher renegade points. Because my Shepard is a bastard.
