I'm unable to download the in game contents,. I already have the biowere points, and the redeem code is on.

I want to know if ther's any thing I need to do before download the DONLOADABLE CONTENT

when I click on it, nothing appear.... please help me

You are experiencing a problem using the Web Site.  Purchasing DLC is not a game function, and there are separate forums for help with each area, be it purchasing points, or downloading the purchases:
