"You do not meet the requirements to post in this forum." That's the error message I get when browsing the Community Creations section of the forums.
My Xbox 360 version of the game is registered properly (I received The Edge, so it must be), and I can even post in the PC and PS3 tech support forums, but apparently not this one. Is this a site error?
Why can't I post in Community Creations?

I'm having the same problem; my PS3 version of the game is registered, too (or at least, it seems to be, I've got gameplay data showing up from yesterday and all). Help?

Yeah, having the same problem as well. But on this site in the "My games" section, is says my game is registered already.

Have each of you tried answering more than a single message thread? You may have gone into a "Locked" thread that cannot be commented in any more. The warning message make no sense in that usage, and may well create misunderstandings such as yours.

In my case, as soon as you enter the forum itself, the "Post new topic" button is disabled, and it says next to it, "You do not meet the requirements to post in this forum." The few threads there are clearly not locked. :/

Are all three of you strictly console system folks? Perhaps it's reserved to those whose games are PC-based, since it is we who can build mods and run them?

That could well be the problem, crossed my mind too. But then that's a bit of an issue with the setup/description of the forum, which currently says:
"Community Creations (Spoilers Allowed)
Share your stories, artwork, music, web sites or other creative works inspired by Dragon Age: Origins. Module creators, please visit the toolset forums below. Game registration is required to post in this forum, but all visitors may read."
(Not trying to be obstinate, just saying... don't see any stated reason why we console folks shouldn't be able to post our stuff too.

It is not a section for mods, so there's no reason I should not be able to access it. And no, I am not looking at locked threads, but the entire sub-forum has the 'post new topic' button greyed out, same as jenovan. It's not user error,it's a site error, unless they honestly don't want console users contributing "stories, artwork, music, web sites or other creative works".
Edit: Since I can at least read posts in that sub-forum, I looked at the profiles of the people that can and have posted there - all PC users (well, one was set to Private). Must be a permissions error for those that have console versions of the game registered.
