Hey guys, I came up with this idea,
I love the DA series, I played DA:O over 10 times and always got excited, but it got me thinking on what I would love to see as the new DA3 plot.

Personally, I wouldent want to see something like returning characters, the warden, hawke, or any other related character..

A plot that I would LOVE to see in the new game will be like this:

You play as andraste, in her time, everything that she achieved that she acommplished, see the maker(?),maybe even see the dalish homeworld before the tevinter imperium mages destroyd it, I think that this sort of a plot would be really cool..

What do you guys think?

That's not the plot. You play as a Chantry Inquisitor. [Not Spanish Inquisition! Inquisitor, but more of a The Old Republic-style Sith Inquisitor.]

That said, for a future game, Sure, i could totally be down with a female protagonist.

IMHO They need to do a game about the first blight and the first Grey Wardens. You know, when the Dwarves had huge kingdoms but still the entire world was getting their asses kicked and there was zero hope, until a bunch of guys/gals figured out how to drink Darkspawn blood and died nearly to the last man in order to kill Dumat and save the day?

Yeah, i think a game on the first blight is a must.

That could be a really nice plot as well, showing the invasion to the golden city thus turning the mages into darkspawn and eventually causing the first blight, seeing the grey wardens founded and etc, that's a really nice plot idea as well.

The problem is, one of the main things about Andraste (and the Chantry's religion as a whole) is that we don't know much about her. Was she a mage? Was she some beacon of purity or just some random barbarian? Did she ever do the nasty with the Maker? Same goes for the Dalish. What were they like before they lost their homes? Great immortals filled with great and now-lost knowledge? Or perhaps they were a group of dicks who kind of had it coming to them?

Once you start answering those questions, you lose a lot of the ambiguity and mystery that they're all really about.
