Or did they break at some point before/after the patch?

Because I disconnected completely from EA (back to title screen) four times trying to play five games.

And the one that stayed connected, we lost on wave 10 because the infiltrator had 4s cloak.

EDIT: Sorry if it was just DLC; I thought they did the previewed patch at the same time, but I could be wrong.
