My bioware account is not showing my dlc content for my Dragon Age Origins Ulitmiate edtion game. I reintalled my game due to issues and now it is saying that my dlc is unauthorized. I bought the Ulitmate edition for pc. Why is it saying this?

"Account Problems" are in the bailiwick of EA Help. The fact that they don't tell you right away that you chose a bad password is because you're supposed to avoid special characters in passwords anyway. Just letters and numbers.
If that's not it, scroll down to "Help", choose Bioware Game Support and then go to the Chatline Queue Link.

DO NOT contact EA Help, I have a similar problem, my DA2 DLCs not showing up on BioWare entitlement page, I gave EA help a call, first their gave me all the DLCs for free on PC even when I told them I uses Xbox, so I end up with all the PC DLCs, but I don't actually have PC version of DA2. Then he asks me for xbox codes, clearly Mark of the Assassin and Legacy don't have it, since I purchased them over Xbox Live, but I gave him The Black Emporium and The Exiled Prince codes, then guess what? He told me he can't check xbox codes because they can only verify PC codes, so I don't have proof of purchase, I was very animated at that stage, then he actually accuse me of scamming EA. That retard gave me everything without me asking for a wrong platform at the start, then accuse me of scamming. Bottomline EA Help/Support doesn't exist. We need in-house BioWare support.
