 I can view my own DA PP, but when I try to view PP's of other people, I get a message saying I'm too young.  Why is it that, as far as I know, I can do everything on this website EXCEPT view other people's player profiles due to an age restriction?  I think I can handle viewing other player profiles.

Unfortunately, that isn't your decision. You must be 18 years or older to view other profiles. It is not possible to change the age setting (which is set on your EA account).
