Witch Hunt has no discernible effect. Nor does Golems of Amgarrak or Return to Ostagar. Some NPCs from Leliana's Song show up during DA2, but I don't believe you have to complete the DLC for them to appear.

From Awakening, if Amaranthine was saved, you get an optional Side 1 quest called Secret Rendezvous where you uncover a threat tot he city. If it was destroyed, you get an optional Side 1 quest called The Conspirators where you track down some fleeing nobles that tried to kill the Warden-Commander.

If Nathaniel was brought along with the Warden-Commander at the end of Awakening — he must be in the party when you fight the Mother, regardless of whatever choices you made — then you get an Act 3 secondary quest called "Finding Nathaniel" where you rescue him from the Deep Roads. He will mention Anders' fate in Awakening if the mage is present.

Warden's Keep has three possible effects in DA2: if Avernus was allowed to continue your research, you get an optional Act 1 side quest called "Dark Epiphany" where you carry out a brief mission for the Wardens. If Sophia was allowed to leave, you get an optional quest called "Terror on the Coast" where you bump into Sophia at the head of her own blood mage cult.

If Shale was recruited from The Stone Prisoner, you hear the barman in The Hanged Man mention how the pigeon population in Ferelden has taken a nosedive.

I expected this, (bolded) and I think I encountered something of a bug but nothing glaring/game breaking.  I had never let Amaranthine burn in previous games, but did for my King Cousland run (mostly to see) then decided I would leave it as is (he was kind of one of those ruthless wardens who would burn a village to save others).  In DA2, when I used the import, I got to do not only Conspirators, but Secret Rendesvous as well!

Likewise, even though I imported a save where Bhelen was made king, I also got the quest "Caste Treatise and House Accounting" that should only be available if you made Harrowmont king. I had made Harrowmont king on a previous game, but not in the save that I imported.

Importing save data is fraught with peril. Hopefully, they come up with a good fix for this problem in DA3.
