The EC managed to fix everything except the core issue: the endngs. Oh, and it created more plot holes.

I hope Chris P kills this thread soon. The speculating and trolling is killing me. Ok so I think we need (since We don't have the numbers) to take BW at their word... Leviathan was their best selling DLC to date... as to future of DLC... who knows (I'm sure they will let us know)...

I personally liked the EC and hey it's free... don't like it... don't install it... simple.

No amount of complaining/trolling is going to change the endings or short comings of ME3 period.. I've said this before... the main reason why people care is because the game was so good (until the last 10 minutes)... your milage varies from there... I personally like their approach, but I guess I'd be lumped in as a fanboy.

I'd love for a reunion DLC or something that gave that bit of closure, but hey guess what... probably not going to happen. If it was going to happen it would likely depend on sales of DLC (as the money has to be there as well as interest). Maybe they have some secret plot up in Vancouver but no one here knows anything... personally i say good job BW keep the dlc coming.

Aw, people hate negativity because other people don't think like them? Here's a blanket.

I was just joking about 10000 sales estimate, it is probably 5/6 times that.

Sure. Chris Priestly stated it. Oh, what's that? BioWare could be lying? Too bad, because it's still infinitely more than you have.

bioware is not a reliable source based on recent histroy, see develope pre-release quotes.
better to have nothing than spout an opinion people might take seriously with frivilous information

It's really not hard to make profit off of DLC.

They're essentially selling the equivalent of 1/20 of the main game for 1/6 of the full game's price.

I'm happy that you enjoyed to EC endings OP, but please realize that there are still quite a few of us who aren't pleased with it, because it didn't address a lot of the things people were complaining about after the original endings.

There were several threads detailing the issues in an articulate and polite manner, but have been locked. The most recent, I believe, was "One last plea, do the right thing" if I'm remembering correctly.

Pictures with no context? Congrats your 2012 game can't even compete with 1997's Fallout, way to go out on a low note.

But one went over your choices and had Hellboy tell you "because you..." "this happened", sadly it's the one that's 15 years old, and had less recsources at their disposable.

Pretty much an average day around here.  I wonder what is worse gaming forums or political forums.

But that's just Fallout doing handholding that we didn't actually need. I don't need a VO telling me that I!m seeing Krogan babies because my Shep cured the genophage. I already know that.

...yeah no. Bioware shock my faith in them with DA2, then sucker punched in ME3. I have no idea how they didn't expect a backlash like this from that horrid product they sold. Either they are stupid or they just didn't give a crap.

EC was simply trying to shut us up and sadly in many cases people are acting as if it's the second coming, seeming to forget the rest of the terrible game and their PR rubbish.
I still can believe I wasted $150 on this garbage in CE or that Bioware fcuked up so badly. Hindsights a b!tch. Image IPB

Opinion.  After the horrific things Shepard has to see and do do in the endings, I could use a little hand-holding.

Right, because after all the crap the ending threw at us which is more believable that they thought they didn't have to show anything (in a visual medium) or they didn't want to expend a single ounce effort more then they absolutely needed to. So yes the 15 year old game did it better.

Heck they couldn't even be bothered to confirm Shepard's survival in the so-called "Shepard lives" ending.

Thank you. I understand your points and respect all opinions on this. I like the EC much better than what we had originally.

It's funny how people say the EC didn't change anything.

If that's true then how come we no longer have people complaining that Earth gets destroyed by the Sol relay exploding? Or that Garrus and Tali starve on the garden planet?

Has starbrat been removed? Do you get a different set of options based on more than just your ems? No?

Then the ending hasn't changed.

That stupid garden planet still makes no sense; why the hell is everyone so calm? The Relays are damaged so they can't get home and for all they know the Reapers are still frolicking around. Instead it's all "Hey EDI come outside and gimme a hug"

I'm not going to even start on the stupidity of the things they did change, like the ****** Normanday pick up at the beam.
