Oh wow, this was a pleasant surprise to stumble upon. I might actually have to start multiplayer now. Having lame equipment, classes, and no friends that play the game made it hard to be interested.

It would be great if we could make teams/parties etc of rookies/masters and play a few games, maybe to get some extra credit and get more tips at the same time

How did flthe weekend go? I had help from deerber and he helped me a lot. I also had help from vanguard who taught me reload canceling and a few things about classes and controlling he flow of enemies

Although I submitted myself to help rookies on silver and gold I would still like some help from some members here in order to learn a final few tricks I might be missing in gold and make the jump to platinum with friends. I play gold rather comfortable with a variety of classes(salarian and geth infiltractors, vorchas, drell and fury adepts, engineers and even some vanguards); but I feel like I learn new things constantly and unfortunately on my own because most of my friends started playing recently. Just these past two weeks I learned to cancel reload and powers such as smash motions. So my point its I feel I could learn from some of the veternas here at gold and hopefully make the jump with them to platinum. I do have a mic, my PSN id is JanetteandJose and I ussually play after 8PM est on weekdays and anytime I'm bored on weekends.

I don't mind helping rookies or playing with veterans. I'm sure there's a lot for everyone to learn, regardless of skill level.

Don't forget, right after you are revived you can hold the melee button and do a heavy melee as you get up. That is sometimes helpful. It's really great on characters with an area effect like Phoenix and Destroyers.  I am on Xbox but have heard it works that way on all platforms. not sure though.

Don't rely on farming strategies and play with resonable loadouts in Pugs.
Also cerberus dragoons will take some getting used to.

tried not to rely on those strategies but so many farmers and glitchers on xbox at the time. some of the guys i used to play gold with now play borderlands 2.

And this will teach me to check back. I've actually been hanging with bclagge and after he got me aclimated to Silver I managed to pull a duo during a random match. More people to hang out with never hurts though so I will definately add you.
