Armor after warp: 17842.7
450

Revenant w/Phasic
Armor after break: 22,132
Armor after shockwave: 21,667
465

Revenant w/out Phasic
Armor after break: 21,155
Armor after shockwave: 20,690.3
464.7

Widow w/Phasic
Armor after break: 17,269.1
Armor after shockwave: 16,804.1
465

Widow w/out Phasic
Armor after break: 15,275.3

In
all cases warp did just about 450 damage and shockwave did about 465.
While more in depth checks could be done at this time I don't see any
reason to further investigate this, phasic seems fine.

Got a note from a pug about this yesterday. The OP's beliefs are still out there.

I managed to nab the high score in an U/U/G using the OG HMI with a Claymore X with Phasic Rounds 3, Heavy Barrel + Choke - Shocktrooper Pkg + Shotgun Amp 3.

After the match one of the pugs sent me a note saying that "FYI, Phasic rounds boost enemy health" I pointed out that the seemed to get the job done this time around to which he responded "true but just so you know"

OP I don't understand why you necroed this thread?

Phasic rounds are fine.

If your point was to show that there is still misinformation, regarding phasics then necroing this thread will only create more confusion. Whether accidental or deliberate this is trolling. Don't be that guy!

I have no idea why I read this thread, TBH.

Over all, I did look at how the thread grew. I took notice of some things.

Developers and players tested the theory that Phasic rounds cause damage reduction on units. This was proven to be false - enemies do not get damage reduction if Phasic rounds are used.

Testing looked pretty extensive. I do like how even the Developers took time to address the issue. Data was provided to back up the validity of tests. I believe this also proves that some of the BSNers are very solid in their knowledge base and testing abilities. Its good to see them testing theories and helping regular players like me. Its also good to see that thier answers were spot on with the Developers answers.

Other than that, there is some of the normal BSN hostility and all. Hopefully, after this much time, we can all step back and take a breath. The whole thing was a farce and for naught - unless of course we learn from it.

My bad for making ya'll revisit the nightmare...after I got that note I looked it up in the forums and found this thread. The fact that it's 4 months old and ppl are still kicking that foolishness made me want to report it.
