I've been playing a new Warden for over a week now. After about 35 hours of gameplay, I've got the Brecilian Forest and Landsmeet arcs left to do. Why hasn't any of my character information or my avatar been uploaded to BSN so I can used it? I have tried relogging BSN several times, looking at my diagnostics on here, I even tried to upload some screenshots if that even does anything. I'd really like to sport my latest DAO Warden.

Are you:

1) sure you're playing while logged in (within the game)?

2) sure your password does not contain any special characters? Passwords should only contain letters and numerals.

Thank you for the quick response. I read a couple of similar threads I missed before and tried using the launcher in the actual Dragon Age folder as opposed to when the launcher pops up with the disc being popped in the tray. For some reason logging in after that seems to have done the trick. Thank you.

I did everything in this forum, and still the same problem. =(

Edit: My DA2 is ok, but my DAO isn't. Very odd.

@SniperOEM_Deluxe; You don't have the Console enabled, do you? That prevents any uploads.

No, i haven't. I did every single step in this entired forum. No console, updated, persona checked, same email/account ea/origin/bioware, no accent or special character. The prove is my DA2 is ok, but my DA:O isn't. The only diference is: DA:2 Digital Purchase; DA:O Ultimate Edition Physical Purchase. But it don't make any sense.

I wish I could help, but I'm experiencing the same problem. my DA2 characters from both my PS3 and PC versions are uploading fine, and so is my DA:O for the PS3. However, my PC version of DA:O isn't uploading my characters or screenshots. When I try to upload a screenshot, it says "unable to access your online profile storage." And the profile diagnostic just says "error code 1000"
So far, no solution on this forum has worked so far.

Just out of curiosity, if you go into the game's menu and select "Options", then go to the "Online" tab, are the boxes on the right side checked?  The ones that tell the game to upload stuff online?

Yes, sir. A lot of people have the same problem. And the support say to ask to the ''ea game support''. I did, and then, they said to go to social bioware... Well, thanks anyway for your reply. At least you tried to help =)

If I click on the ''online profile'', i receive the ''player dont exist'' error. I will just forget it... ''a lot of pain, not enough profit...''
